Tandoori Lamb chops



Lamb Chops .                       1 rack

Hung curd                               ½ cup

Heavy cream                           2 tbsp

Oil      .                                      2 tbsp

Cashew paste                          1 tbsp

Ginger Garlic Paste               1 tbsp

Garam masala                        1 tsp

Roasted Coriander powder 1 tsp

Roasted Cumin powder       1 oz

Lemon juice                            1 tbsp

Malt Vinegar                           1 tbsp

Salt                                            to taste

Pistachio Powder                    To dust (optional)



  1. Cut lamb chops, and sprinkle some salt and malt vinegar and keep aside for 15 min.
  2. Take a mixing bowl and add hung curd, heavy cream, oil, cashew paste, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, roasted cumin and coriander powder and make a smooth paste.
  3. Marinate lamb chops with this marinade and leave for 2 hours or overnight for best taste and softness.
  4. Serve with mint chutney or mint jelly. 
  5. I used  here daikon- beet jelly but its completely optional.
